Order Processing
By submitting an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to our policies and terms. please note that all orders are final sale and can not be canceled once placed. We encourage you to carefully review your order details, including item, color and size before submitting your order. If you notice any errors, please contact us promptly. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect selections made during the ordering process.
Order Processing and Shipping:
Please note that most orders take 2-3 business days to process and ship, but processing times may vary up to 8 business days due to our custom-made-to-order products.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with updates on your package.
For local pickup orders, you will receive:
- An email with pickup details when your order is ready

Return policy
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you believe a return is necessary, you can submit a request for review.
To be considered for a return, your item must must meet the following conditions:
- Be in its original, unworn and unused state.
- Be in its original packaging.
To iniitiate a return request, please contact us via the contact us form or email us at vitemcollections@gmail.com option, providing :
- Order details
- Reason for return
If your request is approved, we will provide information or instructions on how and where to send your package. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return item, we will refund automatically.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Please be aware that once your order has shipped, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages during transit. In such cases, you will need to:
- Contact your local USPS directly to file a claim
- Work with the carrier to locate a lost package
If your package is returned to us due to an address-related issue, we will refund the order amount minus shipping costs.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they have left our facility. We encourage you to monitor your tracking information and contact the carrier if any issues arise.
Damages and Issues
Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival and notify us promptly if you encounter any issues, such as:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items received
